a challenge

why does everything so much more easier back home?

why is it really hard to understand the need of a society?

why do every time I want to do something that I thought it will be good for this society, turns into it is not really something that they want to do?

why they don't want to do it? maybe because they don't really need it

I think it is something like when we go to a primitive tribe, we thought that they need a toilet paper but actually they can just simply use the leaves

it's been 7 months and I haven't really blended with the society here

I am still an alien here

I see that there are super a lot opportunities

I see that these society will be better with our proposal idea

I want to have more people look at this society

I want to have more people recognize this society

but if the society don't want to have that recognition, don't want to be developed

what should I do?

and another question:

why should I be here?

if it is just for my own personal learning, I don't see the meaning of it

I want to do more and more for more people

but if they don't want to do it and they are happy with it

what to do oh what to do?

Hi my dear AIESEC CEOs!

I've just found out this video, seems like something that we need in these days

it's about how to be better under pressure :D

and by watching this video I learn about:

1. How the TOP CEOs cope with constant stress by being realistic optimism, subservience to purpose, and the ability to find order in chaos.

- realistic optimism --> believe that your people are great people and believe that EVERY PROBLEM can be solved! and if it is solved it can make your people ever greater

- subservience to purpose --> if you feel tired with the circumstances, take a step back and remember why did you apply for this position? and what will be the difference that you make if you are in this position?

- ability to find order in chaos --> talk with your team, utilize every team members' strengths in solving your problem. Spread your "worries" to your team, or do you want to steal the experience just for yourself, so you're the only one who get the learning huh?

2. If you want to see that your work be distinguished, you have to do something that you hate the most. WHY? because usually it is something that most people hate the most as well. So, by put your energy there, as a leader intentionally you will lead other people to do the same

3. LOVE YOUR MEMBER, love your people. Take care of them as a family. Lead by your heart and be passionate
