and I'm proud of my members for this

AIESEC in Surabaya officially reported in AIESEC International Quarter 1 (Jan-March 2010) report as:

rank in 24th from 800 Local Committee globally

it means that we're
number 2 LC in Indonesia

but based on our exchange realization, AIESEC Surabaya got 16th rank globally
with LC Undip we're in the same position..

we're in the FIRST RANK IN AIESEC INDONESIA

this also makes me proud of Undip member, since I was the guest facilitator for their 1st local conference in this term. And I can see that they really feel something about video that I made specially for them.

I saw their motivation to beat AIESEC in Surabaya, and I share this to my member

then Khaleed the President of AIESEC in Undip and me innitiate a competition for our member named

well, somehow I do really proud of my member..

we can ACHIEVE this state even:

we're the smallest LC in Indonesia

in fact we (only) have 20 member in our organization, the smallest number of member in AIESEC Indonesia

we (only) have 4 people (all of them are girls) in Executive Board
(the smallest number of EB in AIESEC Indonesia. fyi, the full team should be 7 people)
so those 4 girls are handling more than 1 department in their hand
and 3 of them are originally not coming from Surabaya
(they're coming from super smaller city than Surabaya)

we're independent, not under university

we didn't have any office before January 2010

and we haven't had much performance before this term (most of the statistic data says zero)

this is the highest performance of our LC (local committee) history

well, this is not easy for us
even a lot of challenges came to us at the moment of achieving this
there are lot of learning behind this

that is why
I do really love and proud of

my members

my vice presidents

many big thanks to:

my AIESECers friends in Indonesia and globally

my leaders

our alumni

our partners

and a lot of people and organizations that give their support to us

THANK YOU!

at last, I'm happy to share this for you :)

this is the note from Jennile Orlanda Ng, the President of AIESEC in Indonesia

I took this from her facebook note:

-----------

The BEST News which brighten my journey in AIESEC Indonesia :)

AIESEC UD and Surabaya 0910....

After 3 years being in AIESEC Indonesia, as LCVP OGX, as MCVP Exchange and as

MCP....
for the first time, i really see AIESEC UNDIP and Surabaya finally showing their

teeth!! (Unjuk Gigi!! XD) and i can't express how much i am so proud of them and

happy for them :) :)

If you haven't notice what happen... Check the DAAL Q1 2010 file which just have

been released! and check directly to LC ranking sheet and you will see the

breaking history story over there. why?

AIESEC UNDIP and Surabaya, whose member always asking themselves, whether they

can overcome other LC in Indonesia, wether it is possible for them or not.
That answer, honestly just can be answered by them.. And i am so happy that they

answer that question this year! in early of the year of 2010 (the final end

sprint of AIESEC long term plan) that they can do it :), that it IS POSSIBLE for

them to beat AIESEC Unand and represent Indonesia on the DAAL File :)

With so much things they still need to learn, they didn't give up (the reason i

am so proud of them is they are the type of people who doesn't shy to admit where

are they among other LC but yet, that doesn't make them pessimistic! But they are

eagerly and with open mindness and hard work, striving to deliver more AIESEC

Experience for their members. And now they show it to all of us

LC UD with their confusion in how to tap the market, how to work more

structuredly for their LC and in how to encourage the member to be more

productive... LC Surabaya.. with their confusion of HR problem, with how to work

more structuredly for their LC and with no experience from past years to really

grow...

All LCs have their own problem.. However, once again we all see, there is no

excuse :) we can do it with a clear analysis on what possible, clear analysis on

how to do it and really DOING IT (together with all entity in the LC - and not

just EB) It is all Possible :)

Thank you so much LC UD and Surabaya, you have me inspiration (really!) and

definitely your success is one of the best news that i get in AIESEC Indonesia

0910...

Thank you all member of LC UD and Surabaya 0910... :)

Oh and btw Indonesia's score ranking 7 Globally from Jan - March 2010 (WOWW WE ARE TOP TEN MANN!!!!!! Imagine, our impact, the number of people that have life changing experience because of our exchange program are number 7 out of 107 countries!!) Although for number of X+L we are not there yet, but as we learn from LC UD, Surabaya and AIESEC Indonesia itself (to be number 7 globally!) nothing is impossible right? ;P
