You Know You Are Doing Too Much AIESEC Work When...

so this is totally funny!
I've just ound out in Facebook group, and it has around 2,995 people inside :D


and I will highlight what is representing me... and what about you?


You know that you are doing too much AIESEC work when:

1. You get more sleep in lectures than in your bed. (udah ga kuliah lagi)

2. All your roommates are AIESECers. (secara aku tinggal di MC office)

3. You use the AIESEC o ffice key more than your house keys. (ya iyalah, rumah di malang)

4.
You have little AIESEC office / corner in your house. (hahaha! of course that corner is for sugar cubes, that one os for souvenir, that one for LC stuffs)

5. Your home is now known as the AIESEC house. (in fact now I'm living in MC office, my dormitory was sounds like that!)

6. You see sunrise and sunset in school, maybe even miss them if the office is doesn't have windows. (thanks God! the office has lot of windows! :D )

7. You memorize acronyms faster than anyone in class. (ha!)

8. The first thing you do when you wake up in the morning is if you have more marketing proposals to write. (procasination is killer!)

9. You miss more classes than AIESEC meetings. (of course not lah ya)

10. When you wake up every morning to find 60 SPAM emails in each account you have. (maybe because I'm not exchanger, so only 10-20 lah in my inbox)

11. You have to do an assignment on organisational structure and you smile secretly to yourself knowing what you are going to an alyse AIESEC's Structure. (proved by my skripsi!)

12. When 98% of your MSN list contacts are AIESEC members. (my YM, my Gtalk, my facebook say so! hahaha)

13. When you have lunches in the AIESEC's office, not the school cafeteria. (ada meeting sih)

14. When 15 of the 20GB your computer holds is taken by AIESEC related. (well my pc is around 150GB but yes there is around 20GB about AIESEC there)

15. When you have listen to AIESEC songs to motivate you to draft proposals. Even do the dance to keep yourself awake . (udah pasti semua AIESECers gini lah! bahkan alumni aja masih!)

16. When morning jogs become a 10PM runs at night. (maaf, saya malas olahraga :( )

17. All you talk about to your friends is for AIESEC recruitment, even the hitchhikers that you pick up or pick you up.< /o:p> (totally!)

18. You start to answer your phone saying " Good Afternoon, AIESEC SFU." ( the above two signs is contributed by Justin of AIESEC SFU.) (not that pathetic lah! but I ever experienced it once during my part time job)

19. When you secretly keep instant foodstuff in your filing cabinet and a kettle in the office. (it's already there in the office)

20. You schedule your holiday plans around AIESEC conferences and you make it a point to visit the AIESEC office in whatever new country you travel to. (hahahaha!!! kapan lagi dapat akomodasi dan tour guide gratis!)

21. When you could be taking time off to nap and still do AIESEC-related stuff like this. (super bener nih!)

22. when most of your arguments with your parents sound like this' but i am doing something important with my life, i'm in AIESEC' or 'but this is an AIESEC. event/conference/outing/meeting, it's very important' (THIS IS SUPER TRUE!!!)

23. 75% of your outings are with AIESECers. (lately I'm trying to balance my life, but what can you expect if you are full timer in the office that is your very new experience in the city)

24. in classes, you're stil doing AIESEC work, planning the election day, or the next meeting. (no! I'm so focused in the class, unless I will not understand the whole year of my studey :D )

25. when you go out with people, or at work or at home, or anywhere in the world you have to mention AIESEC in the conversation. (hell yeah!)

26. and in your life (personal and professional) you will say but in AIESEC it was done in...... way. (living the ......way! hahahaha)

27. sometimes dream of AIESEC ppl, meetings, conferences, elections.... etc (I don't remember my dream :D )

28. your screen saver is something related to AIESEC. even when you are an alumnus. (HAHAHAHA!!!! THIS IS SUPER TRUE!!! my screen saver is my members pictures!!! LOL)

29. at least an iteam of your home/clothing is AIESEC.(shirt, pen, mug, small sticker, car stickers, posters, folders, note books, key chains) i got them all... and some ppl have trousers, underwear, socks, scarfs, rings... etc (once people think that AIESEC is such a clothing line :D )

30. you can't seem to walk around without your AIESEC business cards, just in case. (yes business card is extremely important, esp when you need to explain AIESEC in the elevator)

31. you sign off your e-mail with, AIESECly yours. (hohoho sometimes)

32.You go more to conferences, lectures, trainings, seminars, meetings etc than to real parties. :D

33.Listen to the music that your friends never heard of. (Tunak TUnak eh? :D )

34.You know how to dance that music. :D

35.At college, when you have to do group work, you insist to open postulation to the OC.

36.You call your mom and dad stakeholders. (this is super true right?)

37.You speak more english than your mother language. (gosh, do you know how to say .... in Bahasa?)

38.You never give opinions, but offer inputs :D habit...

39.You don't accept gifts because they "don't follow branding guidelines". (there is no gifts :D )

40. When you first think in the Holy Trinity, you think of @XP, Culture of Excellence and Branding. (hahahaha!)

41.Your boyfriend or girlfriend is used to hear "ILY" instead of "I Love You". (unfortunately not)

42.All your friends are tired of saying "no, I don't want to bring a trainee to my company". (nope!)

43.Before kissing someone, you first wonder how many points she/he is worth, not if you like her/him. (nope!)

44.You got a small lecture ready for any time when anyone asks "what is AIESEC?" (WOW! this is super true!)

45.You make a PowerPoint presentation to convince your dad to give you more money. (I even using video and photos)

46.Ask to your friends "feedbacks" on how your haircut looks like. (I think everybody does for this :D )

47.Answer your home phone like that: "[your name], AIESEC, good morning" (seems will be true, since I will live in the MC office for the entire year)

48.Call your parents saying "Hi, here is [your name] from AIESEC". (nooo laaah~)

49.When you have doubts in a school subject, you ask for the help of a mentor. (SUPER TRUE!!!!)

50.In a wedding, you start to punch the table and shout "this is table number one, where is table number two?" (no laaah~)

51.Your MSN nickname is something like "John LCVP ER @PA BAZI People is cool - "I hate aiesec.net" (hahaha!)

52.60% of your MSN friends have similar nicknames. (esp people from the same country/region)

53.Call "Alumnis" old school friends. (nope!)

54.Call old school friends gatherings as a "conference". (OMG! this is super pathetic)

56.Insist to make an output of that "conference" for a planning of the future gatherings. (hehehe)

57.In a party, talking to someone is "show interest". Kissing is "matched". Having sex is "realized". Having sex again is "re-raised". (in AIESEC party, yes)

58.If you decide to not go to class, it's a decision based on the credit policy. (YUP!)

59.It's up to you to get this list longer... (hhahah! enough laaa~)
